Car key locked inside the vehicle

I accidentally locked my car key inside the car and I called the AA. It was at about 17h00 on a Friday afternoon. The call centre urgent told me that the TAT for my query was 90 minutes. Nobody arrived after the prescribed TAT and then I had to call again. The consultant whom I have spoken to was very much and having a very negative attitude. After our debacle, he told me that he has found a lock smith, but he is in Johannesburg and added that I must pay R350.00. My question is why did it took AA so long to dispatch their emergency official and why was I supposed to pay an additional amount of R350, what was going to happen should I don't have the money? The service I have received was very horrible.
