Cancelled policy deducted again
I have tried contacting the AA and wrote several emails informing them that they have deducted policy renewal balance of R1,115.00 from my account. I contacted the AA last year explaining that I no longer need the policy. I wasn't reimbursed. For 2017 the amount for the whole year was taken off again - and nobody emailed me with changes to the policy - or came back to inform me about fixing the problem. Please reimburse me an cancel my subscription. Thank you.
