Can't delete magazine from debit order - for 3 yrs

I have been trying remove the magazine from the debit order of my membership subscription for 3 years. Last year I requested a signature on the invoice I took to the Tygervalley shop when I again tried to cancel the magazine subscription.<br> I was assured it will not be deducted again. Guess what!! It was.<br> Although it is only a R100 I am so frustrated with the bad service that I am likely to cancel my AA membership because they do not take my request seriously.<br> I may be a picnic problem (problem in chair not in computer) - but the AA should have solved it a long time ago.
