Beware: Cancelling This Service Has Been a Nightmare

I would strongly caution anyone considering signing up for AA Automotive Vehicle services.

For more than two months, I have been trying to contact them to cancel my debit order, with absolutely no success. Phone calls go unanswered, online enquiries receive no response, and emails appear to disappear into a black hole. Trying to reach someone at this company is like trying to contact a ghost.

The real concern is not signing up, it is trying to cancel. A service that is easy to join but seemingly impossible to leave is incredibly frustrating.

To make matters worse, in over 25 years as a customer, I only ever needed assistance once when I was stranded on the roadside, and they were too slow to arrive to assist. Strangers stopped to help me out.

My experience has been extremely disappointing. Based on the level of customer service and the difficulty in cancelling, I would not recommend this service to others.
