Bad service from AA(Automobile Association)

<p>I took out membership with AA in November 2016 and an agreement was that they will deduct first premium on 15 December 2016 and thereafter on 25th of every month with effect from 25 January 2017.</p> <p>To my suprise they deducted the premium on 15 January 2017 against my instruction.There were no funds in my Bank account by then and after several calls and emails to AA no help is coming through.</p> <p>I requested the to atleast send me an apology for their mistake</p>
