Bad service by AA

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the bad service I received from AA on 07/06/2024. On that day, my vehicle broke down and I was in need of assistance. Despite having a debit amount on my account ***, AA refused to assist me.My claim number *** was canceled because they said my account is in arrears and I had to pay R3600 for a tow truck out of my own pocket. I was sent a claim form and i sent it back with the invoice from the service provider. AA says they can only reimburse R1200 as per their rate. This is totally unacceptable as my account was up to date but they failed to assist me.
