Bad service and attitude

I have been a mbr for 20 years today i have a problem with brake lights Sonnyboy legodi was despatched arrived promptly with an attiude . Told me to start my car trap brakes . Then told me to go to a mechanic . I expected a little bit of advise or at least to check with their machine . Nothing he said go back to your auto electrician . I am elderly and expected a little more from AA in terms of service courtesy and sound advice. With hindsight Should have recorded the conversation.
