Bad service

I am insured with AA and I had the worst experience ever 4 November 2017. I hit a pothole and had two flat tyres at 2 am in the morning cud not get thru phoning as there was no response I eventually googled the number got thru and was told that they will dispatch a tow truck in 40 minutes but two hours went by no truck.... eventually when they did call i was beyond angry and told them to leave it leaving me stuck in a road from 2 am till morning the service is the worst..... And I would not recommend anyone who wants to insure with them you will b stuck on the road and not get help
