Bad Bad AA Service

<p>AA doe snot service the Eastern Cape area. They service other provinces better. If you stay in the Eastern Cape you better make other plans as you may find yourself and your problem not being a priority. My wife has just spent an hour out there in the streets alone without any confirmation whether any service is available or not. How can they be advertising that they providde a service that they cannot actually provide? Where is ASA when we get so misled? </p>
