BAD ATTITUDE AND *******.

On 12/12/2023 at 08H56 - I called AA with intent to make a follow up on the deduction of R750.00 which was occasioned without my consent and after the expiry of my contract in August 2023. The deduction was done in November 2023. The gentleman who handled my call was so rude and he dropped the phone when i requested his number. I urgently need a refund as the money was deducted unceremoniously so and further request them to investigate my call to find out as to who handled my call.
