BAD ATTITUDE
<br> I FEEL SO EXHAUSTED OF RICK REX BAD ATTITUDE HE IS SO FULL OF HIMSELF <br> HIM AND HIS MANAGER. I TOLD HIM AND HER THAT I DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH RICK <br> REX BUT HE STILL HAS THE CHEEK TO CONTACT ME VIA EMAIL. HE JUST DOESNT GET IT<br> HIM AND HIS MANAGER SWEAR THAT THE WATER LEAKS ON THE ROOF WAS CAUSED BY THE HAIL DAMAGE IN MARCH WHICH IS LOAD OF LIES! WHAT A ******* INSURANCE...<br> THEY ARE UNEDUCATED AND CLUELESS OF WHAT THEY DOING. THE CONTRACTOR RICK REX BOUGHT TO MY HOUSE DIDNT EVEN BRING A LADDER TO GET ONTO THE ROOF SO HOW DID HE ASSESS THE DAMAGE WITHOUT A LADDER AND SAY THAT PLUS AND MINUS 40 TILES WERE LOOSE AND HOW DID HE WAS ABLE TO ASSESS THE DAMAGE WITHOUT GOING ONTO THE ROOF!. HOW DID HE TAKE PHOTOS...******* INURANCE AA ...THEY TOOK TWO WEEKS TO DECIDE IF THEY GOING TO PAY OUT OR NOT ...I RECOMMEND NOBODY TAKES AA INSURANCE!!! THEY DIDNT EVEN EMAIL THE PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE TO BACK UP THEIR STATEMENTS...DONT TAKE OUT AA INSURANCE ...RICK REX IS CLUELESS UNEDUCATED MAN!!!.

The AA enjoyed a six year relationship with Auto & General Insurance as the underwriter of Insurance driven by the AA policies. This relationship came to an end at the end of June 2015, and all AA policyholders were sent a communication advising them that their policy will be transitioned to the Auto & General Insurance brand from 1 July 2015.
The revised Insurance Driven by the AA product offering was launched in June 2016.
