Bad AA service

No the 19 November 2020 I phoned the AA to come and assist me to recover a vehicle which I had driven in a ditch. The call center assistant I spoke to told me that a tow truck will come within the hour to help me. My call was logged at about 20h25 which means at 21h25 the would be by me. Then at 21h45 i called the help line again to find out where is the tow truck the lady on the phone told me the tow is on its way but she will find out and call me back. I said okay. Then at 22h00 i see no assistance coming i called again the help line and was told they will get back to me. Then at 22h30 still nothing so i called again and again was told they will look onto it and call me back but nothing. Then at 22h40 the tow truck comes. The tow truck driver did what he supposed to do which i m greatful for. What i would love to know is what is going on at the AA and furthermore this is not the first time that the AA has done this to me. Also right up till now no courtesy call from AA nothing.
