AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE. HOW DO THEY HAVE CLIENTS!

At 13:03 (11 Nov) I logged a call through Woodford car hire for roadside assistance as the car wouldn't start (much to my shock!) I was told it would take 30-45mins. Even that turnaround time me was ridiculous but alas I said fine. At 13:58 I called the AA call centre for assistance as no technician had showed up and no one has called nearly an hour later. The lady at the call centre said the technician is on the way let me wait a few minutes. Few minutes has turned to an hour and a half and STILL NO TECHNICIAN TO ASSIST FROM AA! I AM SO APPALLED and beyond upset as I am by myself with a car that wont start and with no service from AA. Is this how they treat their clients in need of assistance. ******* service.
