Awesomeness Affirmed

I recently had a not so pleasant review on the AA. I asked for the matter to be escalated and was subsequently contacted by a Customer Experience consultant, named Nomathemba Duze. She explained that that she motivated for an exception to be made that based on circumstances I was not able to contact AA directly on the day. My appreciation goes out to her for restoring my confidence in the AA.
