Once they have your money, they do not care about the service they give you: The only help you get, is help to deplete your airtime. All you hear is the automated voice service that takes you in circles until you have wasted your time and airtime. You get no callbacks whatsoever. They will have the excuse of Covid, and being under staffed, or experiencing high call volumes ready to give to you....but they are there to provide a service: it is for that service that we pay our money month after month; They should not have taken our money, because we got absolutely zero service!!! In every case, they should have the decency to get back to us, just as other companies that use automated voice service do. we have been trying to get hold of these unconcerned, pathetic "service" providers from the 26/04/2021
