Automobile Association SA still delivers old fashioned value.

I am an AA member for 35 years. I have been blessed with exceptional service over the years. I have never had reason to disgruntled. The staff are dedicated and know how to deliver outstanding service in an era when non delivery and short changing is the norm. Never have I encountered one AA employee who was rude or ill mannered.

My faith was renewed on Saturday 18 September. My old faithful Toyota Tazz had been standing for about 2 months. On turning the key the engine would swing but not start.

I checked the spark on all four plugs . I checked the fuel pump. I could not find the fault. After an hour of diagnosing I decided to call AA.

The AA dispatched Sugan Naidoo. He came up from Pietermaritzburg to Hilton in a short time. He was pleasant and gently mannered.

Within 5 minutes he found the fault . The butterfly was tight and the choke on the carb was stuck. I was blessed to have such a knowledgeable technician to assist me. He was efficient and skilled. It is so good to know that the long trusted AA still has the back of the . motorist. They get the job done and are by no means lazy.
