Automobile Association provides great service

Good day. Last night, My car broke down. My battery had reached it's breaking point. I needed emergency help and it was 22:30 at night. Luckily my car broke down just a block away from home. I am not a member of AA but I tried them anyway. When I called they were very professional and polite. They quoted me the price for a call out and even agreed to bring a battery for me to buy. After giving the person who I dealt with over the phone all my relevant details, I was told they are sending a technician out. They agreed to everything I required, even offering to escort me to a atm in order to draw the money to pay them. While I was waiting, I received two calls to check the if the technician had arrived and when he did, they phoned me to tell me. After that, My battery was replaced with a new one they brought. I paid for everything and I received a sms to confirm services rendered. Congratulations are in order for a fabulous service, Professional, courteous, on the ball in every way. I highly recommend AA for road side assistance. Thank you Automobile Association.
