Automobile Association Pathetic Service

Our car broke down on Van Reenen pass at 12:25 today. We phoned the AA as we have been members for a long time. We waited for more than 2 hours and they did not come to assist. We drive a Volkswagen but was assisted by Chris and Wayne from BMW on call. They towed us to a hotel in Harrismith. After two and a half hours we received a call back from AA informing us that they can come and tow us to Harrismith but they do not have a mechanic available. We were already assisted by the kind people from BMW by then. This is unacceptable service from AA as they left us next to the road for so long. Pathetic Service! !
