Automobile Association of South Africa FAIL
I am a third of my way between Durban and Cape Town, and my brake light and alarm have come on in my car. I have called AA for emergency roadside assistance. They have told me that they do not have a technician on duty in the area now (even though they offer nationwide 24 / 7 service), and the woman on the phone suggested that I may not get help tomorrow either because it is Sunday and "Bloemfontein is a small town." Please will the AA explain this utter disaster? Why should I pay my monthly subs for this???
