Automobile Association got too big for their boots
I have been waiting 8 days now to receive my International Driving Permit from the AA. I ordered it online, payment was successful and I still waiting for the courier company to phone me. I can not get hold of anyone at the AA when I phone them. the phone just rings and rings after going through a very complex voice option menu. So frustrating. I am leaving on holiday in a few days.
