Automobile Association apauling service

Terrible customer service. Called for roadside assistance and had to make payment before they would arrange to send a technician. Due to their poor work ethic, AA sent out a technician 40 minutes later and said it would take the technician 40 to get from Kyalami to N1 by midrand. In this time someone else came to assist me due to AA taking their time and it was getting dark. I have been trying to get a refund as service was provided and tech hadnt even their offices yet. When speaking to the staff regarding assistance, they either put the phone down on me or transfer the call and no one picksup or they say they will escalate to their supervisor and that someone will call me back, i have been waiting since saturday to recieve a call from somoen AA but still waiting and its monday afternoon 18/10/2021.
