Automobile Association (AA) Messed My Car Up

I am an AA member, my battery went dead, I called AA who sent somebody out to charge my battery, they incorrectly charged the battery directly instead of the charging ports in the carz this resulted in a power surge which blew my aircon control unit and set me back 9000 Rands to repair, I lodged a service complaint via their app but no reply from them, telephone ***, I need to be compensated
