Automobile Association (AA) - Don't blame declining business on weak economy

I contacted the AA on Monday January 6th 2020 to renew my AA membership for 2020 as their accredited agency in Boksburg Towers closed down and I simply cannot drive all the way from Kempton Park to Pretoria East to renew it. On Monday January 6th 2020 I sent an email to the AA with all my personal details and received an automated response thereafter. Almost an hour later Refilwe Nkomo emailed me from the AA to obtain all my personal detail. Although it was mailed to the AA earlier in the day I attached my email (with all the detail that I sent earlier) to Refilwe on Monday January 6th 2020 and after a week I have not received a single reply from the AA. Has the AA closed down or are they not interested to retain/grow their business?
