I called the AA today ar 08h10 and requested a tow. At 09h10 i called again because no tow truck came. Then at 10h10 i decided to hire a private tow truck and the private tow truck took my vehicle to where i want it to be taken the AA calls and asks me where m i because the tow truck from another company is at the place to tow the car. I told the AA that i have already towed the car at my cost. The cost was R500. Now is it correct that i pay AA via debit order very over R200 a month for thier services but get nothing in return and further more i had to pay R500 to a private tow truck company. Now i also phoned AA after a while to ask that they reimburse me my R500 and was told in a very nice way it is not thier problem.
