So we have "roadside assistance" on a Mini Cooper. I have a dead battery and they wont send someone for a jump start. They are happy to take about R800 p/m, however they don't like jumping Minis because they have had technical problems and complaints. Would have been nice to know this fact 3 years ago when the vehicle was bought. Useless. I m contacting the Ombudsman.
