Appalling service

I would just like to share my horrible experience I've had with AA automobile Association ., I've been with them for just over 2 years loyal customer accounts always up to date never used the service before up until past saturday when I went to ceres for the day upon returning on the N1 just before the toll tunnel to cape town , I had a break down used the AA app after half and hour no call back I phoned then I was told help is on the way had a break down after 5 pm spoke to numerous call centre agents after about 2 and half hours I was told I had to pay R 1060 in order to he towed to cape town, some ******* about round trip , we stood for 4 hours by the road side in the dark with my kids if it wasn't for friends of mine that was with AA would not have helped me worse possible service ever AA is all about making money not helping customers as they claim, I cannot stress enough about the ******* service they provide and I want an explanation as to why the customer service is so poor , they should be ashamed of themselves oh and armed response was apparently also organized up unto day has the response arrived , ****** CEO should be ashamed of himself you guys are a rippoff anything could've happend with me and family along that road i would've held you responsible ....
