Appaling service

I am extremely appalled by the level of service that I havebeen recieving from AA. I have, on several occasions requested that my billing issues be fixed since january, its now june and this has not been fixed as yet. I contacted AA more than 10 times regarding this matter, subsiquently my membership has now been suspended due to your staff's extremely high level of incompetence.

I spoke to several consultants (mogobo kgomo and calvin myles, the rest I do not recall their names), supervisors and even a senior sales manager regarding this matter. I was assured that this matter will be resolve however, til this day it has not been resolved. The last person I spoke to was abdul (the emergency call centre supervisor), I asked him to escaled this matter to the relevent parties and he promised me a feed back no later than monday (this was several weeks ago) I am yet to recieve such feedback.

On the 14th of june I sent an email to ********** calvin.myles@aasa, ********** and ********** and guess what?till today I have not recieved any response.

I have been a very happy AA client til now,Is this how AA treats its clients?

I dont understand why I have to runafter AA to debit my account.

Your service level is truely appalling.

********** 54
