Accident Claim Service
I submitted a claim (Claim no: ***/1) on 7 April 2015 to the AA after my vehicle was in an accident in Polokwane. Initially the AA (underwritten by Auto&General) rejected the claim as excess (R7450) was less than damages (+-R5 to R6k). This was because the assessor failed to identify there were also damages to he radiator. After this \mistake"was rectified"
