AA you FAILED.

I called in to AA yesterday around 5:30 am and spoke to a lady by the name of Dineo over the phone to ask for assistance for a battery charge, on any other day i would do this myself but it was very early to ask my neighbour for assistance which i know he wouldn't have minded but again the car is an Automatic and was faced inwards the yard making it difficult for anyone to assist hence i called AA but to before our call ended Dineo told me it may be while before dispatch arrives and gave me an ETA of 45mins and I said "No problem" I shortly got an sms to ask me to confirm my location for case no: 190 ********** call from a gentleman named Jared who also was assuring me that dispatch may be a while up to 45mins that was 5:54am. I then made another call at around 7:30am and spoke to a gentleman named Katleho and he assured me he would call me back with a solid answer but that solid answer never came because despite an sms from AA assuring me that Mr Tau Lebelo FROM Soweto Towing services has been dispatched, that service/help NEVER came. By now I'm significantly late for work because is tart at 7am because it's heading for 8am. Around 8:50am my wife decides lets call the insurance company and see if they'll be able to help (Auto&General) I kid you not by 9:15 the help they dispatched was already opening the hood of our car and assisting from "ALLIN1EMERGENCY" Whilst he was assisting charging our battery AA made a call at 9:53 By now i'm 3 hours late for work all because AA told me they would assist me by 6:15am and I trusted them. I politely told the gentleman on the other end of the line to "rather not call me and pretend to care because i'm clearly paying for nothing. Let's just leave this right here" "I've received help from ALLINONE" sent by (Auto&General) no thanks to AA who NEVER CALLED BACK nor Did the help ever arrive yesterday.

I'm extremely disappointed, firstly because i was assured that i would receive assistance within 45mins and if I had just called (A&G) in the first place I probably wouldn't have been almost 4 hours late for work due to a flat battery issue that was sorted within a matter of minutes. I'm rather curious as to how AA is going to respond to this or do they even care that they never came at all since the slogan claims to "aa ok" but to be frank there's nothing "OK" about abandoning your client with no help and stranded.

AA you FAILED.
