AA warranties not interested in going the extra mile!!

I signed up for a call back to get a car warranty from AA warranties and an agent promptly called me back, he was very good at his pitch. He captured my details but then he couldn't assist me because my car is registered in Swaziland. Now I cannot argue the policy but my issue is the lack of going the extra mile from the AA claims manager. The agent called the claims manager "Archie" to find out if he could investigate the matter because the car was bought in Nelspruit, it had an S.A. logbook plus the car has full service history with an S.A. dealership. Archie had no care or even an intention to assist even after I informed him of this and offered to email him the proof but he rather used his power and concluded nothing can be done even when i asked him to escalate the matter to see if the conditions i mentioned would be considered. AA please note the car was bought in SA. it stays in S.A and I was going to pay for the service, so why not escalate? and review? and I would have also been content knowing you are fair.
