AA TOWING SERVICE SHOULD RANKES A ZERO

AA service pathetic should be rank a zero ( 0) nil - my experience and not the 1st time on 03/12/2021 10:00pm My car lost power no light and no wiper blades with bad stormy weather while driving i leaving work took a u turn went back to work as it was a safer area. At 10:32pm I made a call to the AA about my break down requiring a flat dek. 1 spoke numerous Centre agents calls and 1st 2 agents never issued a tow truck until I spoke to the 3rd agent assisted and another tow truck sent out SMS confirmes . Each person promise to calm back nothing happening. I tried the online on my phone that also was useless. After the 12:00am sms comes to my phone town truck will on its way. 4 hours past still no and still no one pitched. Called again and 4th one agent answer now me being furious as ever. Ait was 1am in the morning still no tow truck. At 2:15am I called my insurance SANTAM company tow truck services they came within 30min and than we had the battle who was there 1st. 3:30am they reached me. I cancelled the AaA truck with the call Centre agent and by then SANTAM and AA was waiting to help me a 3am. AA your services is s the worst I ever experience since I started my membership since 2009 until now just been hell. You have cause me so much trauma and emotional distress from 10:30pm, 3rd December 2021 until 4th December 2021 atb3:00am. I am fed up such bad service and this not my 1st incident. I will be getting my lawyers will be involved very soon. I am Unhappy I want all my premiums back in full from the day I commences until with such bad , disgusting services from AA. Call Centre start. They might be 1 human behind that call that has some empathy for a single woman being stuck alone called me to make to was the 4th agent u some too. At 3am I had a battle of tow truck but that time I was so exhausted I wanted to go home. AA truck was from another Towing company Van Wettens. Not AA trucks say so much we pay we get not an AA truck. They don't care what plan you got everyone treated it this same pathetic way. I will make sure AA you pay for the hell you put me through.
