AA Tow truck operator: Eddie Welman

I have always had excellent service from the AA and have been a client of theirs for many years. One tow truck driver, Eddie Welman, stands out for me. It so happens that he's assisted me thrice! He is kind and calm, which helped the previous time when I was stressed out after my car broke down in the N2 in Cape Town and I had a run-in with some youngsters who tried to enter my vehicle and to break the windows and door handles to get to me. He is also efficient and knowledgeable.

In the end it is not only about the technical assistance - it is the human touch that makes him truly professional. (I can say the same for the AA operators.)

You can see that he takes pride in his work by how clean the inside of his van is and the way he handles and stores his equipment.

Thank you, sir! I do hope we don't need to meet soon again though!
