AA SUPER BAD T9 NO SERVICE

I called AA Roadside at 12h00, 30 Decembet 2024 for assistance. No sms geceived. After numerous calls I received a ref number at 12h30. At 13h00 nobody has been dispatched to asdist me. At 13h30 still the same. At 13h55 I called another number and they gave me a number to speak to a Supervisor. Called the number, when I asked to speak to a Supervisor I was put on hold TWICE. Callef the landline number again, got through to a lafy that said she will dort it out for me. Nit 5 minutes later I received 3l2 sms's to tell me assistance is on the way. Got a call back to say driver is 15 minutes away. Should have been here at 14h45. Still no assistance. Why this bad service? Is this just how it is for the AA? This service is not for free? Why cant a client not get hold of a supervisor?
