AA sucks
What a horrible experience dealing with the AA via Toyota assist. Gross incompetence by staff manning the telephones, and vehicles that refuse to be dispatched. Obviously Toyota has no service level agreement that prevents this behaviour. I will take it up with Toyota Assist, but not hopeful.
