I needed Diesel as it seems my gauge is not correct Ph aa whom I been paying for 35 years or maybe longer to assist me Was told that i excused my 5 call out this year. Never new there was a new policy in use I was informed that a call out fee would cost me R800 for one kilometre then i asked how that can be as when i claim aa rates they only pay R5 a kilometer I could not be assisted and my call was terminated and my request for help was cancelled Yust asking if the previous help was due to a machanic not doing his job i was informed it is my policy. Now i am stuck so what happened to all my unclaimed years of controbutions ?????
