A.A. Shoddy treatment

After exposing the shoddy/un cooperartive manner that I was treated by the A.A, they responded. They are simply not interested in admitting that they caused financial loss to me. The report by Mercedes Benz very clearly states that the wrong battery was installed and the report also very clearly states that the battery was installed incorrectly thereby causing damage to the car. The incorrect battery was returned to A.A but they are not willing to re imburse me for the battery
