AA SHOCKING

To say that I am shocked and dismayed at the service I received today from the AA is putting it mildly. Travelling to Kruger we developed car trouble. 10:19 logged a call to AA. Waited 30min. No reference number no callback. Phoned again. Gave up and tried the App (useless). Agmfter much ado managed to get it logged. Then get two sms canceling all logged calls. Have to start again. Asked them to send security (***** area, just outside Ogies). 3 hours later and much stress. Tow arrives. Get to Witbank abd have to pay R350 to tow truck? Car sorted in two ticks. But it's now 3pm. Not going to make the gate at Kruger. Have to find a place to stay overnight. So all told AA cost me around R2000. I think I'm going to rather just cancel AA and just phone a private tow next time.
