AA ****** me of a service and money

On 11 June 2019 I was involved in an accident on the R80 offramp just outside Shoshanguwe and was told that my policy does not cover accidents and was left stranded by the very same AA that I was paying for many years without fail. Due to frustration I cancelled my policy and later called again to re-instate the same policy on 20 November 2019 at 12:15 and was assisted by Tsholofelo Mekgwe, Tshofofelo confirmed the very facts that I know that my policy was AA advantage Plus membership for R222.00 and that it does indeed come with or cover me for accidents. Policy has since been re-instated however I had to pay close to R3 000 for towing from Pretoria to Soweto while I had cover with AA but was refused service.
