AA Roadside Assistance failed me dismally!

My Mercedes-Benz 190e W201 got damaged by one of your vendors, RAND TOWING GROUP in November 2023 and I'm still waiting for a REPLACEMENT BUMPER to this day.

5 months later, I'm still pleading with Francois from Rand Towing Group to replace my bumper and I don't see it happening. The man just lies for no reason.

Also, I'm due for paying my subscription with you guys but I don't see that happening. If you guys can't fix or settle a damaged bumper 5 months later, then what are the chances of you settling should anything drastic happen to the car while its under the care of your stupid, careless vendors? I am closing this chapter off and ill be fixing my car myself. No thanks to you of course.
