AA road assistance

On the 20 April AA road assistance gave me a very bad service while I was stuck in very far from home to cut the story short from 20 April till today AA promised to refund me the money that I paid to the service provider I paid on the day but to this day no payment was made and when I call nobody takes responsibility for the refund. They promised to pay 2 to 3 days the story changed to 10 to 15 days to this day no refund no empathy from their side and I explained the funds used was for something important. Still nothing is happening,
