AA Refusing Cancellation

I joined the AA on 26 February 2021 and as I had a breakdown I called and could not be assisted. On the 01st of March I sent a mail to cancel their services and they have not responded to me since. I have not used their services as I was unhappy with their terms and now when I call they don't answer and play music or they take down your details and NEVER get back to you. I will get this matter resolved one way or another I just feel it's important that the public knows the kind of company they are dealing with and what to expect from them.
