AA - priority response of 3 hours

My car broke down on the side of the M1 last week, and I was left waiting for 3 hours for assistance as a priority assist. It was dark and my car hazards had even stopped working by that point. It was very unsafe for a woman on her own to be waiting for so long in a dangerous location.

However, the gentleman from AA who assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful and I was grateful when he arrived.
