AA of South Africa. Very poor service

From a once great company the AA has now sunk to low depths. The telephone is not answered often enough, emails are not returned, the AA shop at a mall could not help me and I could not even cancel my subscription initially. They also organised car hire through Hertz and we were given a faulty car. No one was interested.
