AA of South Africa unauthorized debit orders

<p>Unauthorized debit order from AA of SA. called to find out why they deducted money from my account, and even the maximum membership package. Whats more is on the same day, the same amount been deducted from my wife's account. Called, been told we signed up for membership on their website. I told them that weren't us, and please cancel these memberships. That happened on the 25th of March. 3rd of April the same debit orders has gone off AGAIN. I mailed them on the 25th to find out if they can investigate this so called online applications.. no response. On the 3rd we called again, and been promised they will look into the matter and respond. No response so far. How can someone sign you up, without your knowledge? No sms or email as confirmation of this membership. You need to upgrade your system, if this was done **********ly, it was just too easy!!</p>
