AA leaves motorists stranded with ineffective renewal service

On 13 October I followed instructions received from the AA to renew my long-standing membership. I paid by credit card and receive a Thank You For Renewing message. Now I am receiving further Membership Expires Renew Now warnings and the AA is not reacting to me repeated requests for confirmation that those are mistakes, my membership is in order. The AA is a service one hopes never to need, but if an emergency occurs, I need the comfort of knowing they are there, they respond, their membership administration is faultless. This I now do not have and I do not trust anymore. This matter needs written confirmation, do not call me, answer my emails in writing! janmconradie at gmail dot com.
