AA is more like the ZZ

I have had a few experiences with the AA this year. AWFUL service; incorrect information - didn't fetch me at the spot I needed fetching or the time or the day. Then I mailed and received a very arbitrary response. And apology. I then requested a price on a car - a week ago - still nothing. They were the membership to have they have certainly not maintained this! They are also not cheap - so expensive and not good - not sure what would be worse!
