AA IS *********** AT ASSISTING WITH CAR TROUBLES!!!

My father has an AA Assist membership. This afternoon they had car troubles and contacted AA to assist. They were waiting from before 17:00 this afternoon on the highway and AA never turned up. While they were waiting three men approached them, threatened them at gun and knifepoint, took all their belongings (wallets, cell phones, cash, handbag). Luckily they were not harmed physically. Eventually, passersby helped them to get their vehicle going again. That was around 19:30 and AA never turned up. Think twice before joining AA, clearly, they are *********** at assisting you when you are in trouble.
