AA insured have no clue what they are doing

Firstly I could not register a claim after a day and many calls later as no one picks up phone. After a hello peter post I was contacted and my claim taken. I received sms's to say what to do which I did. All info etc mailed to AA insured/Oakhurst on 28 Dec. Lo and behold I get the same sms's today asking for the same info. This is pathetic and this marriage between AA and oakhurst is not for me. Can somebody please explain to me why I have to communicate with AA and Oakhurst. The same happened when the new underwriter was appointed where I got phone calls and had to give a whole lot of info to both of you despite the fact that all my info is on your systems.

Hi, What all your customers need is a communication regarding AA/ Oakhurst status so we know who we deal with. This should include a step by step instruction on claim procedures. At the moment we get bombarded from both companies and this is very confusing. Also the number to dial which appears on AA stickers seems the incorrect number. And then also I have no AA membership card.
