AA Insurance false advertising

I almost got sucked in by AA Insurance false advertising on their website Senior Travel Insurance for people between 70 and 80 years. Take note this is specifically Senior Cover and specifically for 70-80 years. On their initial screen they advertise the benefits in huge letters including the folliwing: Senior Cover Benefits Include: Emergency Medical and Related Expenses - Pre-Existing Medical Conditions. When you select BUY NOW, there is some fine print on terms and conditions and on item 10 in fine print they state: If you are over the age of 69 years, there is no cover for pre-existing medical conditions. So they advertise in BIG letters under benefits for 70-80 year old Seniors Pre-existing medical conditions cover and then in the fine print they state this is not valid over the age of 69 (for a policy specifically for 70-80 year old's). Is this not false marketing and against the law? Please explain this if possible. Thank you for your time.
