AA FNB *******

Called the AA on Tuesday 03/03/2015 to have my vehicle towed from Glenmore to Phoenix (26.9km) and am charged a fee because all of a sudden i am being billed for a round trip. According to the consultant the vehicle being dispatched is from the glenwood area (he cannot explain if this is so, why does it take 2 hours to get to me) and will have to deliver the car to phoenix and get back to glenwood. <br> I find this strange because i used the AA to tow me from the N3 Marianhill toll to Phoenix at NO charge. <br> I will be cancelling my AA petro card as this is waste of money.
